Digital Illustration

A commission where the client wanted their character to be drawn in the rain. The client was very communicative with the details they wanted such as the expression, time of day, and the like but gave me creative freedom on the angle. The main challenge came with making sure the dark colors of the character didn't blend into the background, but it was fun to work with rain and dripping water.

A personal project where I wanted to practice drawing from another angle. I also took the liberty to work with more light sources hence the magical butterflies.

A personal project where I drew one of my characters in a more semi-realistic style while still keeping that cartoon-y appeal with the colors and shading. This was more on a practice with proportions and lines.

Another personal project where I drew my own character. This was a practice on mainly using blue in a piece since it was something I previously struggled in.

A personal project where I practiced a more emotional lighting and theme. The main struggle with this piece was making sure the pose looked good and trying to figure out how the light would pass through or reflect on the wings.
